Lemosho Route

The Lemosho route is known to be the most beautiful among all trekking trails up Mount Kilimanjaro. It passes through the entire Shira Plateau from west to east in a pleasant, relatively flat hike. This is one of the latest routes to be opened on the mountain and also shares a certain portion that makes it not be left out.

During the earlier days, the Lemosho Route gives plenty of solitude, it should be noted that this route has less traffic compared to the Machame route and Marangu route. Only this makes it a unique and spectacular route for adventure

The Lemosho route follows Machame Route for a portion of climb much of the same scenery is found on Lemosho route as well, including the Lava Tower and Barraco Wall. The trail offers the most memorable unique view of the surrounding landscapes that are aren’t easily visible to in other areas. Trekkers will have an opportunity to wonder through pristine rain forest and hike up to Shira plateau
